Chapter 13 Payment Via Bank Account Deduction
The Chapter 13 Trustee now accepts plan payments through automated bank account deductions. The Trustee sill prefers payment via wage deduction. However, in situations where a Debtor is self-employed or has other qualifying circumstances, TFS Bill Pay provides an online site for Debtors to set up an account and have their Chapter 13 plan payments automatically deducted from their bank accounts.
